• Our journey together starts with a discovery meeting. This is where we introduce ourselves, get to know your business, and dig into your goals and requirements.

• We’ll also provide a preliminary cost estimate—flexible and tailored to your needs. To protect your ideas, trademarks, and intellectual property, we’ll present a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for your review and peace of mind.

• Once the NDA is signed, you’ll receive a complimentary two-hour consultation, where we walk you through our services and share best practices that align with your vision. After this session, we’ll update your project costing and send over a detailed Service Level Agreement (SLA) that outlines the final deliverables.

• With the SLA in place, we move into an initiation session—a creative deep dive to finalize your logo, branding, and website theme. We’ll also take care of domain registration so you’re ready to go live.

💡 Website Development: Built With You, For You

• Version 0 (V0): We present a rough draft based on our understanding of your needs. You provide feedback to guide the next steps.

• Version 1 (V1): We refine the site based on your input and gather additional feedback to get it just right.

• Version 2 (V2): The final version incorporates all changes. Once you approve V2, we prepare for the official launch—along with email setup and any website add-ons.

We follow an iterative development approach to ensure your website is exactly how you envision it. Your input drives the process, and we’re with you at every step.

💳 Billing: Simple, Transparent, and Fair

• You won’t pay a cent until your website is ready to launch. At that point, the first payment—covering startup and maintenance fees—is due.

• From there, billing continues based on your chosen cycle, with a clear breakdown of charges and an annual renewal fee. All details are fully outlined in your SLA—no hidden costs, no surprises.
